SAIX Lost??

Is anyone else having a problem with SIAX/Telkom ISP?

Connected but intermittent throughput. Mostly on International, Little bit on Local.

It has taken me five refreshes to open this page........

I know they have a dslam problem in the pta area. Software errors or sumpting. maybe affecting the whole country?
