SAIX NOTICEBOARD password?

Anybody have a username and password for SAIX noticeboard. Use to be able to login with any username previously, that doesn't work anymore.

subscribers can unsubscribe by sending a blank e-mail to [email protected] , can one perhaps subscribe to the list by sending a blank e-mail to [email protected], or is it a manual process for isps only?
