SAIX: Please set up your SMTP servers correctly!

I'm pestered by error messages like

2008-10-20 16:18:37 1Krvaa-0006dm-RP == [email protected] R=send_to_gateway T=remote_smtp defer (-44): SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<[email protected]>: host smtp.saix.net [196.43.2.142]: 450 Server configuration problem

This is already since early this morning.

Please SAIX - get your butts going and sort out the problem.

the ADSL fault helpdesk just keep telling me I'm lying that there is a problem with their SMTP servers. If the Mods have the required links into SAIX, it would be appreciated if they could forward the message,

That is what I'm using: Exim on a server in the office servicing around 20 workstations.

Problem is that there is mail older than 2 hours due to this issue.

Boss is fuming because it hit one of his urgent and important mails. Fortunately there is still something lik a fax...

Oops... Sorry, my misunderstanding.

Same problems with me and two of my clients (funnily all is connected via WebAfrica), but seems like a SAIX issue and not webafrica (although apparently quite a few of their clients phoned them about this already).

I tried rebooting my router to get a new IP, and now it won't connect at all. Line is up but doesn't connect.

So I'm browsing @ R2 per mb here while sending faxes instead of emails
