Is it still up and running?

Have tried dsl-cache.saix.net:8080 but keep on getting Forbidden pages...

Anyone that can help?
 
Think I just answered my own question. I'm testing it on my PC, but I'm on WebAfrica, so obviously it wouldn't work. What a n00b.
