Problem Description : Other - One of our SAIX SMTP servers has been listed at SORBS (for SPAM) and
will affect a small percentage of customers using that server and sending to remote servers using SORBS.
Impact : Mail Relay Service Degraded
Time Down : 2009-06-09 09:00
Sites : Nation-wide
Affected : ADSL users, Dialup users, Leased Line users
Cause : SPAM

Any chance I can ping the current SAIX SMTP we're using and configure that as our smtp? To avoid the problem?

You have an alternative if you have telkom internet (apart from smtp.telkomsa.net, which also sucks)?

Sure, I just use Google's SMTP servers.
