So you say IS is better ?

yes because you wont connect for e.g 5-10days on the saix server during those days on uncached you will be getting about +-10kb/s , thats aleast something downloading. But with cached you get your full line speed which is great since saix is slowly starting to die

no, if you can find something that is cached you can get it much faster.... 100Kbps. but good luck finding all the cached stuff...

thats uncached speed , the cached speed is your lines full speed

For SAIX I usually keep one thread running on Alt.Binz and use Grabbit or newsreactor to search for nzbs or titles that I want, on the 2nd thread that SAIX's allows you to use.
So I always have a connection active to SAIX, and when Alt.Binz is nearing the end of a dl I have another one ready to run.
