I'm not islamic, but I am under the impression that most of the things are ultimately judged by your intent? If your intent was bad but what you did was good it doesn't count as being good. If the bad thing you did was solely out of good intent then it counts as good. As in, consumption of alcohol is allowed if it is for medicinal purposes and if there is no other substitutes, and the intent is not to get drunk but to get better. In the you have done no harm if you stumble upon a pornographic picture if you were trolled into seeing it, and if you were never intending to go to such stuff then you are ok.
This is where is gets tricky though - If you are ultimately getting that browser is your intent on the internet already shady enough?
