This position will manage all incoming communication with existing and potential new clients.
Minimum Requirements for this role:
• Matric qualification
• Relevant administrative experience in an office environment
• Sales / business understanding of targets and team work
• Advanced computer literacy skills
Key Performance Area's: Sales Administration:
• Account Manager and Sales Manager Administrative Support
• Coordinating Appointments
• Assist with Quotations, Orders and Reports
• Manage all Administration Aspects of the Deal Cycle
• Assist with Debtors Liaison on all Outstanding Accounts
• Maintain Accurate Records of Client Correspondence
• Consult/communicate with clients, management, vendors, and support team to assess what action needs to be taken and direct work requests to the appropriate channels
• Assist in directing daily operations of the department by establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines for delivery
• Assist with the communications management for Business Development Team
• Manage Deals and Orders for the region, maintain reports and present information on a regular basis
• Assist Account Managers with product information and admin tasks
• Liaise with our JHB office regarding leads and setting up training sessions
