• Relevant administrative experience in an office environment
• Advanced computer literacy skills
Key Performance Area's: Internal Sales Assistant
• Sales Assistant to Sales Manager and Sales Team
• Operations Assistance from time to time
• Monitoring Quotations/Pro forma invoices
• Managing Sales Reports on CRM programs
• Administration on Pastel
• Assisting with quotes, product selection and sales to new Customers
• Establish fruitful business relationships within the industry that are beneficial to Even Flow in the process of making sales and forging profitable partnerships with existing customers
• Managing client assessments and needs within company CRM system
• Working together in a team environment dealing with internal house account queries and orders
• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms
• Quote prices, credit terms and other bid specifications
• Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers’ needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations
• Transmit information or documents to customers, where applicable
• Any other reasonable sales or operations task required.
