Same day Huawei phone repair.

Hi
Where can I get a Huawei phone repaired on the same day? I don't mind waiting an hour or two or three.
It's a P8 lite 2017. It'll need a front glass and back glass replaced. They have nasty cracks that need to be fixed.

I'm assuming Free Out of Warranty LaboUr Charge means I'll pay only for the parts used(screen and glass back)?

Not sure how fast glass can be replaced but my motherboard was replaced in a few hours by Hauwei in Canal Walk in Cape Town.

I'm assuming it's around the same time? You pretty much have to take the whole thing apart to change a motherboard.

So my P20 Pro screen cracked within three weeks of receipt last September. Certainly no Gorilla glass there!

Popped into the Canal Walk service centre for the free screen replacement, but as they had just used their last screen on another repair, I decided not to try again in case I cracked the screen later in the year.

Eleven months and a phone case later, no additional cracks and now I must have the screen replaced before the year is up. But as Century City is a little distance from where I live and you have to pay for parking, I was hoping I could phone to see if the screen was in stock and they could repair whilst I waited ... nope! No phone communication with the store, you have to gamble with a physical trip. So much for a communication company!

Had an appointment nearby two weeks ago, so I popped into the store, only to be told that I have to hand in my phone for a few days. But they would phone me when they had free time to repair while I wait.

So after not receiving a call, I had a meeting in the centre and popped in before the meeting. Yes they say, leave the phone with them and it will be ready 1.5 hours later. Return after my meeting and the phone is repaired and waiting for me, yippee.

So great service after the third attempt, but why cannot you just phone the service centre before having to make a special trip to the shopping centre?
 
They're at Tygervalley Centre tomorrow. I had a free nano screen protector installed by them today.
