Same IP for over a month now

I am using a Shaped ADSL Account and since I logged onto the current IP on the 6th of March, last month, my IP has not changed.
Even over month end it remained the same.
Admittingly, I haven't reset the router nor have we have we had a power outage.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Your IP will always remain the, even across Telkom's resets as long as you don't wait too long between when you disconnect and re-authenticate.

My IP remains the same for weeks on end and has done this since I've had ADSL (which is since August 2004). My record is 66 days for the same IP.

Hi D,

In my case my IP used to change at month end or whenever it was reset by me or by a power outage.
This is the longest period with the same IP.
In the past my IP used to change literally on a daily basis.
