Samsung 2333 making whining noise?

Ya so the topic really says it all, my new 2333 is making a rather unpleasant high pitched whining noise. Any ideas what this is and what I should do about it?

My T240 did just that, then it started displaying some nice vertical lines...

Luckily it has a three year warranty, and they gave me a T260 in its place

This is apparently a fairly common problem with the T series.

i am typing in front of my 2333SW. It is making no whining noise. you know what you have to do.
