Hi

Ive just unpacked the LCD screen and when i connect it to my video card or even when it is disconnected for that matter, it does not pick up the signal from my card but rather displays a white sceen then after a second it becomes a bit darker, then after a second a horizontal multi colour bar screen, then afetr a sec a blue screen then after a sec a black screen and this will keep repeating itself over and over.

please help

What graphics card do you have? You using the DVI output or analogue? To me it sounds as if your gfx card/drivers could be the problem... could be completely wrong though :p

Connect your old moniter and see whether it works or has the same result.

Sounds like the graphics drivers - when I installed mine, I had a similar issue, but it was just a black screen with no signal. I connected my old screen, uninstalled the nVidia graphics drivers, shut down, then connected the 2333SW, booted, installed the drivers again, and all was good - it has something to do with the driver stuck in the previous resolution, when the native resolution of the 2333SW is 1920x1080...

Also, do you only have the one input to the monitor from your graphics card, using the DVI connection? If you plug into the analog d-sub, then there will be no problem, but you will obviously want to use the DVI if possible. :p
