samsung 2TB part two

Hey guys so I called both esquire and rectron and they can find the serial number on their system which is very strange.
I can't find the invoice need to get it fixed or replaced.

Tried to get help from samsung sa but they say they don't support hard drives even though its on their webpage.
Any advice?

Who did you buy it from? If the seller gives you schit contact samsung storage in europe with your warranty info you get from here http://www.samsung.com/in/support/warranty/hddWarrantyCheck.do?page=HDD.WARRANTY.CHECK

Whoever the local agents are they must honour the warranty. This thing about slips from local companies is BS!
