Samsung 8.9 Release?

This looks like a tablet that will support voice calls, and has decent specs. I've looked at the Motorola Atrix and 7 inch Galaxy Tab, but they both run Android 2.2.

Any idea when we might see the 8.9 inch on our networks?

Motorola Atrix isn't a tablet. The XOOM is and runs on 3.x...

I don't want a tablet so much as something I can read documents on, and do some some typing with. The Samsung Tab has a keyboard dock, and the Atrix has a keyboard dock and large screen. The Atrix and dock would suit me perfectly, but the word processing app will not run on a screen larger than the phone. I think this is a 2.2 limitation.

The device needs to have phone capablities so I can get it on my existing contract. Otherwise I would go for the Asus EEE Transformer.
