Samsung A3- lag/stalling

I notice that my RAM is usally 67%/79%/86%- (Roughly).

I have a RAM cleaner app but not much help

What kind of apps could be doing this ?

"Samsung" there's the problem. No seriously they are just crappy, my mother has a A3 and it really is a piece of *****. Laggy, freezes. Been in for repairs once and is still the same. On Monday a work colleague also took his in because of the same issue. Time Samsung overhauls their touchcrap interface

Any games with lives. If you have a couple of those on a low RAM phone (below 2GB) you're in for some hurting. At least they were the problem on my S4 Mini and on my sister's S3.

I have the A3 and have never had an issue.

Get the app called Clean Master, works like a charm
