Samsung A70 Cable

I bought a Samsung A70 from Telkom dual sim.
It came with 25W charging plug and a USB c to USB c cable.
Now I would like to use android auto in my car and i need a USB. I have tried numerous cables and phone keeps telling me to use original cable.

When i bought the phone you get a 10000mha battery pack free. It comes with a tiny USB to USB c cable, and when I plug that in it works...but obviously cable is too short and I cant even move phone around.

So went to Samsung store in Mall of Africa and they are adamant that I ihave been sold a foreign device not meant for south Africa...it is supposed to have a USB to USB c cable inside.

Any ideas
The phone is around 3 months old now

If i understood your post correctly, is that your 25W charger, came with a Usb type C, to
Usb type C.
Base on this, Samsung store, is now saying it's a foreign device. as of your cable has both ends "type C" ...?
Their reasoning is that it should have been a
"Usb type A to Usb type C".?

Just for your info, I have a Samsung Note 10
( Vodacom) It has 25 W , "Usb type C to Usb type C " cable... similar to what you have.
It seems like Samsung is boxing the 25W chargers with both ends "type C"

That's exactly what I have.
But now with your cable ...how will you sync with PC or plug into car for android auto?

Just a thought, as I said previously..I have tried other cables and my phone will not connect to car..it states please use original charger...and when charging..it does not do fast charge

Very weird. My A50 came with a type A to type C cable but it has a 15W charger
 
Just spoke to a friend. His dad got the A70 from Vodacom and he says the cable is also type c to type c.
 
I got a c adapter to old cell usb connector, I know the c type got much more wiring , but I suppose your charger would be intelligent, or like dell, send out noise to the phone to detect genuine product.
