EVENING ONE AND ALL. my family and i all have the samsung e-250 and what i wanna know is how do i set up the email side of the phone and what other applications can i find for these phones. thanks.

Who is your network provider? Vodacom, MTN, Cell C, Virgin Mobile?

If we know that we'll be able to help.

I don't know much about applications for those phones, but you could try the regulars like Mxit chat and Gmail App.
 
ok sorry man. we all on vodacom and have mxit working ok and like i said i wanna use all the features if possible.
 
Ok, email is easy. Go to www.gmail.com and register for an email account, it's free and you get as much space as you'd ever need, you never have to delete an email ever.

After you've registered, go to www.gmail.com/app on your phone and download Gmail App, set up your login details and you've got email.

Great thing about Gmail, you can use it on your pc, at an internet cafe or friends house, even on your phone ;)

On the phone?

If gmail app doesn't support your phone. Go to www.operamini.com on the phone, install and run Opera Mini.

After it's working, go to m.gmail.com on your phone with Opera and you should have working mail ;) That definitely works, even on my 2003 Nokia 5100.

Not sure, can't really help you with that since I don't know that phone, but just try and accept the Certificate if there's an option for it ;)
