Samsung freezes even with reboot

Hi guys

Think it started happening after a software update. Only way to get going again is to remove the battery.

Does this have something to do with the cache? Must I do a factory reset maybe?

OS - Android 4.0.4

Someone just called me about the same thing. On a Galaxy S3.

The phone i crashing constantly.

It's the GT S5301 pocket. Will a hard reset do this

Ok I've done the data wipe and factory reset. Will have to test for a day or two to see if it freezes up again. Thx
