Samsung Galaxy A20 issue

Hi, I have a Galaxy A20 (all I could afford). The Power button stopped working some time back...can't switch off or on with it.
Weird thing though, if I need to restart my phone, I must press the Volume Down and Power keys simultaneously, and this always works!!
Obviously the Power button is working, but why won't it operate to Switch Off or On?

you sure you didn't just remap it?
there is the option on samsung for the power key to be used for bixby instead of power off menu as power off is a software button at the top?
just search for side key under the settings and see what it says

Thanks. I searched, but no side key found. Also, according to Samsung, my phone does not support Bixby.
Still puzzling that it works for reset

when you search for songs key what options come up?
Also does short pressing volume down and power take a screenshot?
