Does anyone know when there will be stock of the 5G version in SA?

I see MTN and Vodacom have started advertising deals on them from this month with "coming soon", but they don't seem to know when stock will arrive.

Can you please share where you've seen that, I have only seen deals on the LTE version

Good news, hope MTN are on a similar delivery schedule. Contract pricing seems to be almost the same as that of the A72, but you get the added benefit of 5G, 120Hz RR, and the SD 750 chipset.

I didn't think Vodacom would get the 5G version so soon so I almost went with the A72 but with this news I'm definitely going with A52 5G. It's actually R50 PM cheaper than A72 on my contract option

Vodacom can't give me a specific date, website says 2-3 weeks and then it still needs to be delivered. You can atleast order the phone so long and once they actually get stock the device is send.

I actually tried ordering A52 5G + Samsung Galaxy Watch Active (as a freebie) but I got stupid error messages!!

Have just ordered the A52 5G from MTN. No stock yet in stores, but can get directly from the warehouse.

Nice big display, refresh rate very nice. Battery life good thus far. Phone comfortable to hold and operate

Would have liked smaller bezels but it's not that bad.

Fingerprint sensor not the quickest and a bit inaccurate.

Performance good enough for everyday use and cameras decent enough.

This is using the phone for less than a week though.
