Anyone else having issues with these units?

When I originally got them I had no issues but it seems they are absolute junk and if you look online everyone is complaining about them

Calls are terrible, the other person hardly able to hear you

I believe it has something to do with the noise cancelling or lack there of . I tried them once for calls and the other person said I sounded muffled and my background ambient noise was too high. Even though I had that ambient noise setting switched off

I tried them too. Music is ok, but lots of these wireless units battle with call quality.

Airpods are about the best for calls, but they keep falling out of my ears so I prefer the fit of the Samsung's overall

I dont ever use them for calls though. Only ever music on my phone or laptop at work
