I don't understand the "with virtual reality" part.
From what I understand the VR headset is only using the same screen as a Samsung Note 4.
No other hardware is common between the two.
Or does the Note 4 integrate with the VR headset and thus are going to be sold together?

The note 4 actually clips into the headset, becoming the screen.
