The Galaxy S III Mini tech specifications includes a 4 inch Super AMOLED Display, dual-core processor running at 1 GHz with 1 GB of RAM, 5 MP rear camera and a front-facing camera for video calls or self-portrait photography. The device runs Android 4.1.1 (Jelly Bean). Other features are a Samsung's TouchWiz Skin, S Voice, ChatON instant messaging, Smart alert, Buddy Photo Share, Pop up play, S Beam technology, S Suggests, Video Hub and Game Hub 2.0.
