Hi guys

I'm looking to buy the S2 at Game, have anyone had any problems with them? They asking R6299 on prepaid for the phone while vodacom are asking R7409 (ridiculous). Game also comes with a 2 year warranty on the phone?

CaCell has the SGS II for R4899. Be sure to ask if it's local stock though :) I bought a Nokia N8 from them without any issues.

Get one of the cheaper quotes on paper and take GAME up on their "we beat any quote less 10%". I have done that and it worked. (Have not tried a cell yet)

I am getting the S2 while on holiday in Europe for.... wait for it... R3400.

Wow! nice, where? I'm going to Seoul (South Korea). Samsung is a korean company and all that and I should be able to get the phone for much cheaper but the thing is i'm not sure what to look for in terms of the network and stuff like that. Not sure if it will work here hence wanting to buy it here in SA.

Any online shop really. Price is nearly the same across the whole Euro area and you can claim VAT back. Works out to R3400.

There are different versions of the phone in Korea but you should also be able to get the GSM version. You'd be stupid not to buy it while you're there.

That's only for brick and mortar shops and it can't be a special.

Then that's weird. They said it must be the normal store pricing and not a special...which to me makes sense.
