Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini

So I'm thinking of buying a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini. The main reason for my choice is the price, about R4000 cash.

I'd like some advice, to buy it or not to buy it? If not, what's the alternative? I currently have a BlackBerry 8520, yeah, I have a Dinosaur phone. My BB is frustrating, slow internet and lack of useful apps, amongst most reasons.

Have a look at the Sony Xperia U. Its about the same specs of the Galaxy S3 mini. Or get the Galaxy S2 as it was mote powerful than the S3 mini. The mini is a tad weaker S2 in an S3 shape. For 4k though you can pick up the S3.

But or apps there is nothing that beats the IPhone and yip i am a fan of them. Even my one friend agreed who went from S3 to Iphone 5.
