Does anyone know where I can find the Jelly bean 4.1 rom for the Samsung Galaxy S3??

Obviously the South African CSC!

Not released for SA yet.
You will have to flash the UK one then modify the CSC if you really want the SA CSC.

The latest date I got direct from Samsung Korea is that the SA JB 4.1.1 release was flagged for 24/10/2012.
