Hi
I was due a cellphone upgrade on nashua mobile(i know that is my first problem) and was happy to change from my samsungs4 to a new samsung s5 all went well untill i noticed i had been given a non LTE model and I get LTE signal at home and work so not having LTE is a massive disadvantage i have been to the shop where i got the phone and they are not prepared to help me.
Id there anything in the cpa to help me? .

Thanks bob

Most of the Samsung S5's sold in South Africa are the non-LTE versions (SM-G900H) Were you promised an LTE version?

No they didn't promise a LTE model. They didnt say anything about there being different models. That is part of the problem I assumed since its a new phone it's will have LTE. (I have now learnt never assume anything)

Really? In 2014? That sucks.

Yeah, OP, you should definitely check what you're buying.

All the quadcore S5's (Samsung SM-G900F,I,K,M,A,T,W8) have LTE, the Octa Core (SM-G900H) S5 doesnt.

OP was given the Octa Core model.

What false info is this? Most I highly doubt it. Vodacom and MTN ONLY sell the LTE version. Cellc and Telkom Mobile only sell the Non LTE version and providers like Nashua and Altech should sell both.

Nashua supplying non LTE phones

Hi Bob

Did you manage to get your phone replaced? I had the same issue with Nashua recently. Complete misrepresentation.
