I've got an official cover but not the one with the window.

Anyway, I switched off, removed cover, switched on, checked accessories, only the HDMI setting.

Switched off, put cover back on, switched on, checked accessories, back to the options as before in my screen shot.

nope, didn't think it made a difference - but guess it does

Just a guess as searches tell me fake note 3 covers also will not work without some app from the play store

cool, i guess that contacts marked a10f35 might be what the phone looks for.

Every now and then when I use google maps it says I can download high quality voice but this is always while I am driving and I can't seem to get this screen to pop up when sitting in my office.

Any idea how/where I can find a button to push to get this done?

Tried that about 6 times already. Seems to only come up while I am driving.
Also actually start it then get the voice to say something and it makes no difference.
