When i called the ADH call center they have told me that the turn around is 5 working days and not ONE HOUR like the article says.

Please can someone assist me with this problem , is the article in question FALSE ??

Nope.
In the article posted by Myboardband it states that an online portal should be used to book the device in, but it does not provide any link nor can anyone tell me what the link is because I think it does not exist.
