Samsung galaxy s9 vs s10

Is the S10 worth the extra money? I'm due for an upgrade on my MTN contract and I'm looking primarily at Samsung. Thinking (Hoping) to go for the S10, but was wondering if it really was worth the extra compared to the S9? Basically I'm looking for a good phone that I won't have trouble getting accessories /parts for here in SA. Had a Cat, broke the screen, couldn't get it repaired, have a Redmi and have had a bit of trouble getting even a screen protector.
I'm also looking at the Samsung galaxy A series, let's face it, their prices are much nicer, but I've not really heard good things about their Cameras. I love photography and take loads of photos with my phone, so that is a big consideration for me. As is the ability to add a sd card to store said photos on, otherwise I would probably be seriously eyeing the new Nokia.
What else is out there, am I missing one?

Honestly i think the s10 is a better bet over the s9 personally. I have the s10+ and had the s9+. Both awesome devices. For the s10 the camera is much better than the s9 imo. Bigger battery in s10 3400 vs3000mah. The s10 plus just got a excellent camera update and the pictures are amazing... And the low light is vastly improved and can be taken in wide angle mode now too.

Honestly if you can afford the s10 get it.

ronz91, for now. Mom and Dad both have Hauwei P9's and I can't say I don't like them. Hauwei has some seriously nice phones, I've heard rave reviews about the P30, especially its camera, but let's just say I don't think I'll be going for any of the Chinese names on this round. Xiaomi also has some great phones on the market, but in the light of the current situation I will be taking the cautious approach.

Keegan, normally I go for Takealot. But Thecellstore.co.za currently has the S10 on special for R12499. That's almost R10000 less than it was a few weeks ago.
