I need some advise .

I got a Samsung Galaxy TAB 3 from MTN on contract in December 2013. 4 Months later the device started giving me problems. When you press lightly on the back while holding it in both hands, the device powers off, I took the device back to MTN, and they sent it in for repairs, got it back after a week. I tested the Tablet in the store, and it was still doing the same.

They issued me with a new device, but 4 months later the same problem came up with the new device. When you press the backside of the device it powers off. I took the device in, but they told me, it cant be exchanged only repaired because the 6 month exchange period has expired. No problem, I send it in for the repairs, it has a 2 year warranty, and it came back repaired. 1 Month later after the repairs that was done, the Tablet is doing the same thing again.

Is it possible to cancell a contract if your device is faulty and has to be repaired every month ? Has anybody else had the same problem or simmular problem with their Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 ?

What can I do ? Please help ??

I would contact Samsung directly and ask them if there is a manufacturing issue with that particular tablet.
