Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 to use Intel processor

Firstly this is a rumour and it should be reported as such. Secondly... really??? Is Intel that competitive on the Clover Chip SoC's that Samsung would go to them and not just use their in-house fabrications?

The only reason that this would make any sense, is to free up capacity on the Exynos lines for other devices (most likely the S4).

Or maybe they are chasing the x86 market with this move...

Aside from the higher PPI, it might be worth it to get a Note 10.1 as opposed to this, regardless of what CPU they use.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the obvious reason to switch over to Intel: native support for Windows 8 and Linux distributions on the x86 architecture.
