Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus - scratch removal from screen?

My flatmate's cat just knocked my tablet off the table onto the tiles (upside down), and now I have a lekker big scratch over about half of the screen.

Is there a way I can polish it out? The tab is about 2 weeks old and other than that scratch, flawless.

So pissed off right now aaargh!

Unfortunately no, you can get a screen protector that will " cover" the screen.

Can't repair the screen, but there's more than one way to skin a cat, that will make you feel better atleast...

Google?

I have done a search on google and it seems that there are a few option available that might make the scratch less clear, like vaseline, rubbing diluted alcohol over it, etc. I hope you find something cause it sucks! I bought a screen protector on BidorBuy for R45.00 from Door2Door. Great service!
