Samsung HDD RMA

So my friend gave me his external to sort out, its a iomega but its finished so I opened it and it has a Samsung drive on the inside, I checked the warranty on the drive and its valid so any help ?

I'm from Durban

You can try Axiz but I doubt they will help you.

The alternative is to log it online with Samsung and mail it off to Korea.

Chat to a Samsung Africa representative here and get them to tell you what you should do. IOMega drives are usually done by Axiz, but a local Samsung service cente might be able to help you out.

Samsung is useless, they will not touch the drives, been there done that got the t-shirt.
