Samsung i780 Broken :(

I was hesitant to buy a Samsung because I've heard of quite a few failures. Howver, I decided to go for it ...

... come 2 months later, my phone is displaying full signal but 95% of calls go to voicemail/engaged tone. Same as phoning out *sigh*

How do I go aboput using the Vodacom 2 year or Samsung 1 year warranty? Are they good? Does it take time?

Someone told me this and I chuckled ... but since you're the 2nd person to suggest it, it must mean something. What exactly does it do?

And how do I turn it off?

Don't think I've seen an option ...
