So, my trusty 22" Sammy, is about 4 years old now, after last night's storm, there was one lightning flash that was so bright, I heard it on the speakers, and my two LCD's....
Now, so more background, I have two LCD's, both connected to my machine, both LCD's have DVI & D-Sub, but the one LCD's D-sub is connected to another PC of mine, I normally just switch between the two when needed, the D-Sub connected PC is more of a semi-headless machine.
So anyway, this morning, when I switched the LCD's on, including the one connected on both DVI + D-SUB, it rapidly switched sources (much faster than the normal switch of 2 seconds per source), so I unplugged the D-Sub, switched the screen on again, and it was doing the same for about 10 seconds, then switched to the correct(connected) display. After about a minute, I switched it off again, and on, and everything seems fine now.
This is the second time after an extended period that the LCD is off, that this happens.
Has anyone experienced this before, or have an idea what it could be?
