What is the ES and EH range nowadays?

Last year's range. EH = thicker, ES = slimmer.

There is only F nowadays until the next range, presumably G, comes out.

I don't understand your question. Last year 2012 is the only year they deviated to E-x modelling. F is the current (2013) range. It's always been single letters, except 2012.
