I was lucky enough to get my Note10+ yesterday late afternoon.
Needless to say - when you phone Samsung to claim the Fit and Samsung Care+ @ R499 they are unable to assist.
These "benefits" have not yet been loaded on their system and is also not available on the Samsung Members app.
As usual, it has been escalated to a superior for further and future assistance.
It baffles me that Samsung has banner ads that are the size of a small town, but they're not ready to process these promotions on launch day.
