Hi Guys,
thought Id post here to get a few ideas on what should I do
Ive got this Samsung laptop from work, goes OK although could do with an upgrade ( or two
)
but I keep running into problems with the Bluetooth, it never works properly!
originally had win 8 on it, but downgraded as I had to for my work.
so I went to Samsung website, downloaded drivers ect but the Bluetooth never works properly,
shows up in system tray, but never picks up any bluetooth devices, even with it set to discoverable mode,
tried with a few phones, no one picks up, tried on another computer , my phone picks up on another pc perfectly.
anybody else had issues like this with this laptop before? wi-fi works perfectly no issues there, although my searching has confirmed its all controlled by one card, could it be my PCI card is faulty?
warrentee claims with Samsung? easy/hard to do with a small issue like this?
