A bit of a long shot but does anyone have experience with Samsung officeserv SOHO... more specifically, how to get the call forwarding on it working. I want the call forwarding to call out through voip channels and I am not sure how to set that. Im wondering if I have to setup LCR or something before that works?

Unfortunatly ive only got the programming and IT tool for the OfficeServ 7000 series and its been a long time since i played with a SOHO. My sugestion is that you contact the dealer where it came from, or failing that 'Mia Samsung' which is the SA distributor will be able to steer you in the right direction. If you realy get stuck ill download a programming guide and have a look for you.

Thanks for the advice. Ive given up. Its rubbish. When you click "Help" you get wonderful advice like "If the PSR is not trunk call back you do for it" The online documentation is useless and for the light of me I cant find the firmware updates for it. Its terribly supported so Ive decided to drop it and make my own, or buy something similar... which is well supported.

I have to agree with you, im not a fan of it at all, the firmware is on the Mia Samsung website but you need to get a partner login to access it. As the system is so small, build yourself a small Asterisk box, its not difficult, then you avoid all the license issues, i will gladly assist and advise you if you give me the spec for the system.
