Samsung receiving only MMS's from Vodacom

Good day all,

I have a quandry that i require some assistance with please?
I have a Samsung SGH-ZV30, and whenever i receive an MMS from another network (i have no problems retrieving from Vodcam) it always spits out a message along the lines of "Incorrect server response" or "Message does not exist or has expired".

I've changed my settings, added MMS.Vodacom as my MMS profile, i've even tried VLive.MMS as the profile. How do i rectify this rather annoying situation?

Sorry, ported as in? i've had the number since 2003, it was a spare SIM my old man had at work. And i can't remember correctly, but i think i was the one to activate it
