Samsung S2 no internet

I recently update my Samsung s2 to version 4.1.2
After update everthing works fine but suddently my internet stop working on the fone no 3G icon
Any possibilities i must try?
 
I try a different sim card works even my sim card works perfect in another phone
 
You are with eMpTyN. You have to replace the sim

/wonders when the MyBB search engine will be fixed

New sim card and they are going to charge you for a sim swap.

Been there, done that.
 
Hi guys,

I have also just updated my Samsung Galaxy S2 on MTN to Android 4.1.2. Same problem - can't get any data services. I've tried downloading new settings from MTN but that doesn't help.

Did MTN give any reason as to why the SIM card needs to be replaced? I just went to the MTN Kloof store where the lady told me that I don't need to get a new sim, but that I need to go to one of their larger stores and see a technical guy.

This seems crazy. There must be loads of people with the same problem.

I have tried everything but the only thing that worked is a new sim.

1) She is an idiot
2) The technical guy will tell you to get a new sim
