How do I reset the continuous text so that the previous words I've used recently don't auto suggest?

I had one unsavoury chat with someone, and now it keeps selecting those words first!

You using the stock keyboard? I use Swype on my S3. If you're using Swype, go into Swype settings, personal dictionary, then delete what you don't want from there.

Not swipe ... seems the standard Samsung has it, so no need to download anything

I did notice the std keyboard made an effort at swiping, it does a horrible job compared.
