samsung s3 converting threaded texts to individual texts

Is it possible to convert threaded messages to individual texts on samsung s3. I have been searching for an app. Also is it possible to create different folders to store the messages in... Like the old nokia's did.

This is one of the requirements from my business and its easier to handle projects this way as compared to going through an entire thread to find the information.

If you hold down a section of a message (part of a thread) it will give you an option to copy message, It can then be pasted anywhere. You can create custom folders on the homescreens too.. ( Hold down on homescreen and you will see the menu options..
