I have the nokia n8, and when you "press" key, the phone vibrated a bit, actually not vibrate, it's just something to let you feel you pressed a key. Now this s3 mini doesn't do that, arent there a setting where I can set that? Cause it's a nice feature for me.

On S2 it's under settings - sound. Perhaps S3 is the same.

Should be under sound settings, think its called vibrate on key press.

If its not there, check under the languages an input option, then check select the keyboard settings for the keyboard you are using.

Settings >> Sound >> Haptic Feedback (Checked) >> Auto Haptic (On).

I've noticed that the haptic feedback is only for certain UI elements. For example, when I open the Discovery app, the feedback is only given when I type my password not when I press a button. This is different to the Nokia.
