Samsung S3 update

i see a update is available for the samsung s3 (87.17mb) file ,which i am trying to download via wifi.
Called samsung just now ,they are not aware of any updates .

Can any of you confirm this update or installed this update

Hi guys,

Also saw this update yesterday. It started downloading and then crashed.

This morning it's back, and busy downloading, although VERY slowly.

How can I find the URL of this update to download it from my PC?

Any ideas?
