Hi all
Does anyone have an e mail address or a contact number for someone with authority at Vodacom ?
It is a long story ,but involves an upgrade on the S5 and Vodacom's so called get a Free Gear 2 promotion .
I had left it and cancelled the upgrade after shocking service and them refusing to give me the Gear 2 claiming its only for new contracts not renewals when No where does it state this at all .
So I told them I am taking my business elsewhere and started the process of cancelling 5 lines and looking into porting to Telkom . Got a call then from another consultant asking why I wanted to cancel and leave etc etc after being with them for 14 years . So I then told them the issue re the S5 + free Gear and mentioned that I had seen someone else get the offer . They then questioned my integrity and basically told me im telling lies ! So naturally this has now become personal for me and I want to now pursue this matter further but the consultant refuses to give me someone higher up's name,number or e mail , in fact I was told they don't have out going e mail facilities to Customers !
Honestly I am shocked , I am a pretty easy going guy ,but for them to have questioned both mine and my wife's integrity well im not prepared to let it go now ,especially since we have been with them now for like 14 years and I pay them a small fortune every month .
