Samsung - Screen repairs 6-8 weeks who can afford to be without their business phone. Screens are a menace - Made to break... Remember when their screens use to break and still work... Samsungs attitude get another phone whilst you wait. Cell C's attitude we don't care it is not our problem

To be fair they do build them tougher these days. Samsung has also been good on giving their customers two free screen repairs over a certain period. So.. no, not "made to break". The repair time is is a different matter.

Blaming Samsung for your clumsy hands?

I've never had a screen break in all the years that I've had a phone. I've dropped, kicked and otherwise abused the phone from time to time through clumsiness or drunkard behaviour but I always had a proective case or cover for it and I never had scratches or cracks...

The worst I could do to a phone was a little chip on the side....

3x S4, 1x S2, 1x S6E+

Not a single broken screen since what, 2010? I always use a good cover though.

Cracked the glass on many a phone, but never the screen. I now have ruggerised phones but it just means I can be even rougher on them. Last screen that I broke was a Nokia 2110i back in the 90's.

Hi, why don't you take you take directly to a Samsung repair centre, had a screen replaced in 24hrs.
