Good evening. I just wanted to find out if anyone ever has ever shopped on the Samsung Shop website/app, and if so, how was your experience? They got some really good deals, and you also get discounts?

I recently bought a phone through the app (last week), you get 10% off..BUT be warned, they shipped with Skynet Couriers and my experience wasnt great.

Although after I bitched to Samsung they did follow up and I did get the phone. If you need it urgently, avoid, if you can afford to wait a few days (they say 2 days shipping), they go for it.

There were some good deals on TAL for the same phone and with the occasional coupon you might find on this forum, it seems a good option but I just wasn't sure if what I was buying wasn't going to be some Phong Pong knock off...

You got a URL for this shop? Your first warning would be if they call it “Samsung Shopp” like you have. Your second warning is if the prices are too good to be true.

Buying from Takealot might not get you a SA phone

The process with Samsung was easy, no issues, but they are let down by those muppets at SkyCrapNet.
Check out their reviews on Hello Peter...they are real diamonds...
Its a pity you cant select from a couple of courier options.

They should have went with Ram couriers. Never had a issue with them

Loved it. Will do it again. Got a great couple of discounts that you don't get in the shops so I got my stuff cheaper than I'd budgeted for. I never had a problem with the courier company.
